Avakata services

Websites and marketing systems that keep improving after launch.

Most sites are built, launched, and then left alone. Avakata builds websites and marketing systems that keep getting measured, tested, and improved after launch.

The seven services

What does each service do?

Which service do I need?

Which service do you need?

Find the sentence that sounds like you. If two do, start with the diagnostic.

People visit my site, but too few get in touch.

Start with agentic website builds. A site that turns visitors into conversations and keeps improving.

When people ask an AI assistant about my category, I am not in the answer.

Start with generative engine optimization. Pages built to be cited, checked every month.

I buy clicks on Google, Meta or Reddit and only review them weekly.

Start with agentic PPC. Changes in minutes, inside hard budget rails.

I suspect some of my ad clicks are fake.

Start with AvaGotYa. Our click-fraud and bot-protection product, with evidence.

Leads and sales go missing between the form, the CRM and the ad platform.

Start with marketing automation. Pipes that make your data, money and tools agree.

Repetitive work eats my team’s afternoons.

Start with agentic workflows. Specialist agents inside your stack, with a human at the decisions that matter.

Every vendor sells AI, and I cannot tell what is worth doing.

Start with AI strategy consulting. A prioritized roadmap, including what not to build.

A search for my name shows something it should not.

Start with AI reputation management. Removal, de-indexing, suppression and monitoring.

None of these, or all of them.

Start with a diagnostic. You get findings in plain language, including what we would not touch.

Web design and agentic builds

Your website is the one channel you fully control

We design and build fast, clear sites that explain what you do, prove it, and turn visitors into conversations. Agentic builds add structured content and measurement, so every revision starts from evidence, not opinion.

A site that does its job
  • explainWhat you do, in plain words
  • proveWhy a visitor should believe it
  • convertVisitors into conversations
  • measureStructured content and measurement, so each revision starts from evidence
How engagements work

Four steps, in this order

Every engagement, whichever service, follows the same path from audit to results.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

We audit site, search and AI visibility, paid media, and follow-up. Findings come in plain language, including what we would not touch.

  2. 02

    Scope

A fixed scope: what gets built or run, in what order, and what it should change.

  3. 03

    Build or operate

We build the site or system, or run it with you. Measurement is wired in before launch.

  4. 04

    Measure and improve

Results are compared to the diagnostic baseline. Winners get support; losers get fixed or cut.

The first deliverable

What is a diagnostic?

Every engagement starts here. You get a list of what to build, what to run, and what to stop doing, in that order, including what we would not touch.

  • Site, search and AI visibility, paid media and follow-up are all looked at.
  • If you have no access to give yet, it starts with what is publicly visible.
  • After it, you get a fixed scope and a fixed price for that scope, before any build begins.

Illustration: example data, not a customer.

Diagnostic findings · example
4areas audited
1fix first
2leave alone
  • fix firstSite: the main service page does not say who it is for
  • fix nextAI visibility: an assistant cites another site for your core question
  • leave alonePaid media: branded search is converting; we would not touch it
  • leave aloneFollow-up: lead routing is sound
Four ways to work together

Which engagement model fits?

Terms are stated up front, in the scope.

Project build

A defined website or system, built and launched with measurement in place.

Managed growth

Ongoing operation and improvement with an accountable operator.

Diagnostic or advisory

A focused audit and roadmap you can run yourself or hand to your team.

Product implementation

Setup and tuning of Avakata products inside your existing stack.

Free tools that pair with the services

Products you can use on their own

Two Avakata products sit next to the services most people ask about.

Pulse: for websites and AI search

A free snippet that measures page speed, frustrated clicks and eight search-engine basics on real visits. It sets no cookies and shows the results in your own portal.

How Pulse works →

AvaGotYa: for paid media

Click-fraud and bot protection. It finds fake clicks on your ads and keeps repeat offenders from seeing them again. It cannot undo a click Google has already charged for.

Why Avakata

Measured by people who built the measuring tools

Roots in Urchin

Urchin is the product that became Google Analytics. Avakata brings more than two decades of measuring what marketing actually does.

One accountable operator

Systems over campaigns, with one person accountable for the result.

One surface

Search and AI visibility are treated as one surface, not two projects.

Direct about limits

If a channel will not pay back, we say so before you spend.

Common questions

FAQ

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because price depends on scope, and scope depends on what the diagnostic finds. After a diagnostic, you get a fixed scope and a fixed price for that scope — before any build begins.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Models differ: project builds are fixed-scope, managed growth is ongoing, and diagnostics stand alone. Terms are stated up front, in the scope.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. Advisory and implementation engagements are designed for that — we set direction, build the hard parts, and hand over systems your team can run.

What do you need from us to start?

A call. Bring access to your site and analytics if you have them; if not, the diagnostic starts with what is publicly visible.

What services does Avakata offer?

Avakata offers seven services: agentic website builds, generative engine optimization, agentic PPC, marketing automation, agentic workflows, AI strategy consulting and AI reputation management. Each has its own page with what it does, who it is for and what you receive.

Which service should I start with?

Start with a diagnostic if you are not sure. We map what to build, what to run, and what to stop doing, in that order. If you already know the problem, the “Which service do I need?” section above points to the right page.

What is the difference between a service and a product?

Services are work Avakata does with you. Products are software you can use on their own, such as Pulse (free) and AvaGotYa (click-fraud protection). See all products.
